HTC One E8 and Desire 616 launched in India

HTC is back in the market with two new handsets launched in Indian market. Both the devices are packed with amazing features and specification.




The HTC desire 616 sports a 1.4GHz Octa-Core Mediatek processor with 1GB RAM. The display on the device is 5-inch capacitive screen with 294ppi density. The rear camera on the device is 8MP capable of shooting 1080p HD videos. The internal storage of the device is disappointing with only 4GB of internal storage and the front facing camera is 2MP capable of 720p video recording. The device is powered by 2000mAh battery and it runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2.



The HTC One E8 is a superior device with a 5-inch super LOCD 3 Display with amazing 441pi density. It is powered by a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 processor with 2GB RAM. The battery on the device is non-removable 2600mAh battery. The internal storage on the device is 16GB.The rear camera on the device is 13MP and front facing camera is 5MP.It runs on Android 4.4.2 kitkat.
These are fashion phones by HTC which are released in multiple colors. The main target customers of this devices is youth and the pricing is also done on the same platform. The desire 616 is priced at Rs.16, 990 and HTC One E8 is priced at Rs.34, 990 in Indian market.

First on net: Google Nexus 6 everything you need to know

After the huge success of Nexus 5, Google is all set to launch Nexus 6 this year with amazing features, specifications, brilliant camera and superior OS. The market is loaded with stiff competition from other devices and this time nexus 6 has to give something out of the box to be successful in the market.




Features of Nexus 6:

The Nexus 6 is going to be huge with the display of five and a half to six inches and will be resistant to falls and will have unbreakable display. The back will have self-healing cover which is resistant to impact and durable. The device will also be water and dust proof.

New and Superior OS:


Nexus series always gets a new OS with its release and the trend will continue even for Nexus 6 and it will be released with new and superior OS from the Google. This is the main reason that makes Nexus series better than the previous devices.

The camera on Nexus 6 is going to be exceptional and will sport a dual-tone flash, consisting of cold and warm which will be differentiated by colours at the back of device. The camera will also include phase detection. Auto focus will be fast and accurate because of laser technology used in the detection.

India’s cheapest Android 4.4 Kitkat Smartphone launched @ Rs.2, 999


Indian mobile phone maker Celkon has launched their new device Campus A35K smartphone which will run on the latest version of Android OS Kitkat 4.4 at Rs.2, 999 in a partnership with online retailer Snapdeal.



This is the cheapest Android Kitkat phone in India and the device has a dual sim slot with 1GHz processor and 256MB RAM. The display of the device is 3.5-inch with 3.2MP rear camera and 0.3MP front facing camera. The internal storage memory of the device is 512MB.The device supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS and microUSB connectivity options along with 3G.


Market is flooded with Android 4.4 devices with all the major companies eyeing on the OS and releasing there devices with the same. This is an attempt by Celkon to capture the lower end of the market and deliver the same OS with the lowest price possible.
